Getting started

As a therapist, I’m a lifelong student of the ways people make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I often work with clients who have been through talk therapy, but are wondering if there might be something still to gain with fresh, focused approaches. I offer modern, neuroscience-based methods like EMDR, ACT, and psychedelic-assisted therapy to help individuals improve their well-being at its source.

Our work together

I work in a highly collaborative and flexible way that helps us narrow down treatment options and tailor an approach that’s right for you. I work with a full range of conditions and life concerns—and I have specialized clinical and research experience in the treatment of chronic PTSD and complex trauma. With innovative treatment approaches, I’ve frequently seen clients find lasting relief after suffering for many years.

Education & Training

I’m a graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work, in the Advanced Clinical Practice track. I’ve trained extensively at major hospitals and clinics across New York City, as well as meditation centers around the world. I’ve also led original, peer-reviewed research with a UAlbany clinical psychology lab, studying supervised ketamine and trauma therapy for PTSD. My experience has shown me the power of these innovative methods to catalyze breakthroughs and long-term change.

Taking the next step

My aim in our work together is to offer a therapy experience that is both focused and effective, yet soulful and transformative—and always attentive to your needs and safety. Starting with a new therapist can be a big step, and finding a good fit is important. With a previous career in business and the creative arts, I’ve enjoyed working with a wide variety of New Yorkers. So if you're curious to learn more, or interested in how we might work together…
